The transportation of the Paperfox A-1000 rewinder is cheaper if disassembled. If you received the Paperfox A-1000 rewinder disassembled the you can assemble the device in the following way:
You can assemble the frame of the Paperfox A-1000 rewinder with M8 inner hexagom head (imbus) screws and M8 washers, using a long 6mm hexagon tool.
Screw the 15mm diameter bar to the thread in the side element of the Paperfox A-1000 rewinder.
You can fix the other side of the bar with a M6x10mm imbus screw and a 5mm inner hexagon tool.
Position the end of the rewinding shaft on the driven axle as in the picture.
Fix the other side of the rewinding shaft with the rewinding disk and fix it with the two handscrews.
Insert the unwinding shaft with the break into the machine.
